The Solution: Fola conducted a comprehensive DIRO assessment across the entire supply chain, including deep-dive analyses for over 1,000 farms. To convert these insights into actions, Fola assessed the existing portfolio of nature initiatives and developed an overarching approach for the businesses to address it's nature-related dependnecies, impacts risks and opportunities and drive business value.
The Impact: Generated a clear understanding of material DIROs across a global supply chain. Delivered actionable insights and plans to protect and restore nature while mitigating business risk. Established a TNFD-aligned framework to integrate nature into strategy, reporting, and investment decisions.
